It is only one year, when the fashion brand Awkward collection was created by Lucie Jelínková and Monika Nováková. However, the girls already had some succesful presentations, giving them the media response. What caught the attention most, were the t-rex heels rewarded with the 1st prize on the Prague fashion weekend. Later they attracted with the dark fashion collection, inspirated by Lisbeth Salander and as last work, you had chance to see a fashion collection inspirated by MArie Antoinetta and rococo. Awkward collection is typical for its pop approach, is comprehensible, playful with the touch of underground.
The girls from the Awkward collection continue in they work from the last year, rewarded with the 1st prize in the Prague fashion weekend.Their jewelry is typical for its playfulness, sometimes even playing with absurdity and kitsch. Everything but not conventional is this collection of the hybrid creatures and dinosaurs, decorated with the czech beads.
